The hotel is well-appointed and housed in a nice building. The staff is accommodating and amicable. It's immaculately clean with wonderful bathrooms. Cereal and eggs for breakfast are a plus. Offers great service and great food.

We had a fantastic stay at Hoteles Bogota Inn Lago Chico. The staff was very accommodating, the services were great, and the location was perfect. It's so convenient being near TransMilenio and Zona T, with restaurants, bars, and large shopping malls close by. Also, being able to access main public transit to most tourist areas, and having El Retiro mall and restaurants and pubs nearby made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the fast and reliable WiFi. The location was perfect, as it was a short walk to an area with many restaurants and right next to the center of Zona T. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a Transmillennial station, making it easy to access public transportation to take us downtown.

The hotel was perfect for our city break. the rooms were clean and spacious, with great shower facilities that helped us relax every evening. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast, which included delicious fresh fruits and omelettes. the hotel's location was excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to many attractions.

Stayed here for a short city trip and it was a good choice. enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and coffee served every morning. Also, the location was great. Close to shops, restaurants, and public transit to the major tourist attractions. Another advantage was that the hotel was in a quiet side street, so we could rest peacefully at night.

The staff could have been friendlier and more professional. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned before our arrival, and some items were missing.
